Thermoplastic Co-Extrusions

The Cellular Mouldings group of companies now incorporate an extrusion division supplying a wide cross section of applications including leisure, healthcare, building, windows, marine and automotive.

Our modern extrusion facility of single screw and co-extruders and the downstream equipment have been developed for high speed, high quality production at very competitive prices. This is suitably complimented by a skilled manufacturing team and our extensive management experience.

Many different thermoplastics are processed including flexible and rigid PVC, PVCU, PP, LDPE and TPE (All profiles can be accurately cut and punched to suit your requirements). We also process a unique compound, 'celluglaze' , which is based on the Ethylene/Polypropylene Elastomers and imports exceptional ozone and ageing resistance giving a long service life. This material is considered ideal for static gaskets particularly in the metal frame sector.

Current environmental issues focus on wastage. The use of Thermoplastics as substitutes for EPDM, silicones and rubber etc is clearly advantageous. We regrind all surplus materials and re-blend as appropriate.
